I Wish You Love

" I Wish You Love"
by Ann Sally

I wish you bluebirds in the spring
To give your heart a song to sing
And then a kiss
But more than this
I wish you love

And in July a lemonade
To cool you in some leafy glade
I wish you health
And more than wealth
I wish you love

My breaking heart and I agree
That you and I could never be
So with my best, my very best
I set you free

I wish you shelter from the storm
A cozy fire to keep you warm
But most of all
When snowflakes fall
I wish you love

I wish you shelter from the storm
A cozy fire to keep you warm
But most of all
When snowflakes fall
I wish you love

God sent Gary into my life when I completely lost hope in love and marriage. I thought I would never found a good man, I thought I would never be happy, but I would never thought that God is always ahead of me. He gave me the biggest gift in my life.

This guy, he is an angel. He is totally the opposite of me, he smiles a lot, he talks a lot, he dances a lot, and he makes me happy. His love helps me to walk out from my past.

I am sooooooo thankful for my life now - wake up by his kiss every morning, and we kiss our dog, Headie good night every night. I love acting, so everytime when Gary does some silly expressions or dances, I would do role swap, act like him and make him watches me. He would give me that "I hate you" look and say:" You look so ugly! Can you please stop mimicking me?!"

And also, I have a hobby jotting down his silly stories in my note pad. Sometimes he would make me chase him in the field, we run like two little kids with a lot of giggles. Sometimes when he does something wrong, he would act innocent like our dog, hoping that I would not punish him. Sometimes when he comes home from soccer game, I would hide under the table and play hide and seek (but our room is way too small to play hide and seek haha! I just enjoy the moment when he finds me). Sometimes when we watch tv, we would hug each other and cry over a sad story or laugh out the loudest we can over a funny scene. Sometimes we would cycle to the bush and watch sunset with our dog. Sometimes we would bake muffins for neighbours and make our 80-years-old neighbour tells us about her story during the 1950s. Sometimes we would go to Coles at 11pm and do silly dances along the food isle while no one is watching.  Ahhhhhhh, happiness is just as simple as that. We don't need the best of everything, but we make the best out of everything.

My close friends and family could witness the changes in me - I am such a happy person and confident in talking to people now. Even my parents love Gary, how blessed I am!

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing me with this wonderful man. We will continue to learn about life together, grow together and continue to be each other's best friends.

Happy Anniversary to Creepo, Hippo and Headie.
