It's Christmas in July!
The thing that I love about Aussie is we get to celebrate two Christmases in a year: one in the winter and one in the summer!
Hippo and I were all dressed up in our Christmas jumpers (if you know me, you will know that I like to dress up), got our Polaroid and analog cameras ready and went to Miss Marple's Tea Room in Mt. Dandenong. Love love love the authentic Christmas decorations in this little cozy English cottage. The staffs in Miss Marple's are exceptional friendly and they looked authentic in their black colour English maid uniforms.
We were seated in the centre of the tea room. A few friendly guests came to us and praised our festive jumpers! We spent one and a half hours enjoying our Christmas lunch, Christmas pudding and Miss Marple's signature scones, accompanied by Christmas songs in the background. Ahhh what a romantic Monday afternoon, until...
I saw someone familiar passed by the window and this was my expression :-o A friend from church! Mona was with a friend from Sydney. They passed by Miss Marple's Tea Room, and her friend said:" Look! Someone dressed up in Christmas jumpers!" And Mona was like:" I know them..." This sweet lady came in and gave us a big hug. Ahhh what a funny moment!
